Resource without signup

You can read or download the seven-day resource without providing your name, email or personal information. Your reflections are not sent to the website.

Signup with Kit

When you submit the form, you share your email address, confirmation that you are aged 18 or over, and selected options with Kit. Kit handles email confirmation, resource delivery and the updates you request. We do not ask for your date of birth or health information.

Session requests

The session form prepares an email in your app. It is only sent if you confirm it. The date and calendar file are a pending proposal, not a confirmed booking.

You choose your updates

General community, individual mentoring and group mentoring updates are selected separately, with no preselected options. The needs you indicate are interests, not permission to send other messages. Receiving the PDF does not require subscribing to updates: you can also download it directly without signing up.

Confirmation and unsubscribe

Check the confirmation email from Kit and follow its instructions. You can unsubscribe using the link in its emails; some unsubscribe actions may affect other subscriptions with Álvaro in Kit. To change a preference or request deletion of your details, use the contact information on this page. Subscription details are managed in Kit; you can request deletion using the contact details provided.

Your choices.

You can write to ask about the information you have provided, request corrections or deletion, or withdraw your consent. Email preferences and unsubscribe are managed in Kit; you can also contact Álvaro to withdraw permission.

The hosting infrastructure may use technical mechanisms for access and security. Optional analytics is explained below.

Private feedback

The feedback area stores your answers in this website’s database so Álvaro can review them and improve the proposal. You can submit without a name or email; contact details are requested only if you would like a reply. Feedback does not subscribe you to updates and is not published as a testimonial.

Do not include medical, financial or other people’s private information. The hosting platform may retain access and security logs, so submitting without a name does not mean you cannot be identified. Original answers and contact details are deleted after 90 days by a daily cleanup job; physical deletion may occur at its next run. Only separate learning notes reviewed by Álvaro and stripped of identifiers are retained. Removing a name or email alone does not make free text anonymous. A temporary technical identifier derived from the IP address is used to limit abuse; the original IP is not stored in this database. Expired counters are removed on later requests or by the daily job. You can request deletion using the contact details provided.

Optional analytics with Google Analytics

Only after you choose “Accept analytics”, this website loads Google Analytics 4 to measure visits to public editorial pages and basic browser/device information. Google receives those measurement requests. Analytics is not loaded on signup, private feedback or session-request pages, or on arrivals with query parameters. The page address sent by this website excludes query parameters and fragments, and the referrer is left blank.

We do not send form responses, names, email addresses or a user ID. Advertising consent remains denied, and Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in the tag. Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_…) may identify a browser and are configured for up to 180 days without extending their expiry on each visit. This does not make the data anonymous. The website also stores your accept/reject preference locally for 180 days.

You can reject analytics and still use every feature. Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops future measurement and removes this site's accessible Analytics cookies; the page reloads to stop the loaded tag. It does not retroactively delete measurements already received by Google. For data requests, use the contact details on this page.
