Physical
Everyday care and attention to your needs, with flexible habits for rest and movement, without prescribed routines.
My mission is to help people learn to live with purpose and feel truly alive, beyond the monotony of everyday life.

More than fifteen years of personal learning and development.
Álvaro completed eight trimesters of psychology studies. This experience is part of his learning journey; his mentoring focuses on reflection, goals and habits, without providing psychological diagnosis or treatment.
Purpose, decisions and habits connect the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of my approach. The question “Are you truly living, or just thinking you are?” opens a conversation about how you want to spend your time and live out your passions.
Learning to live, with Álvaro Carrero, is being developed as a community for adults who want to clarify their direction and sustain meaningful actions alongside their responsibilities.
Everyday care and attention to your needs, with flexible habits for rest and movement, without prescribed routines.
Notice your priorities, learn from your decisions and adjust the actions you choose.
Self-trust, values and meaning. There is room for a higher power, the universe or whichever religion each person chooses, as well as for those without religious beliefs.
The questions and practices are invitations you can adapt or decline. Mentoring focuses on reflection, goals and habits; it does not replace care from health professionals.
