How it may help

This may interest you if you value learning alongside others, hearing different perspectives and sharing only what feels comfortable.

The starting point is to clarify what matters and try an action that fits your everyday life.

Proposed format, pending validation

A six-week process, with one 75-minute group session each week: six sessions in total, for a group of 6 to 8 adults.

This is a proposal in development, subject to validation. Pricing, terms and dates will be defined before enrollment opens. Places and reservations are not yet available.

A proposed six-step journey

This process is being prepared and will be refined as the proposal is validated. The practices do not guarantee results, and you can adapt them to your circumstances.

  1. Agree on a priority and how to notice what you are learning.
  2. Explore your values and the criteria that guide your decisions.
  3. Design a realistic action that fits your circumstances.
  4. Review obstacles and adjust the action when needed.
  5. Practice following through and recognize when to seek appropriate help.
  6. Reflect on what you have learned and define your next steps.

Proposed materials and support

The proposal includes a shared workbook, a weekly practice, a review and a plan for continuing after the process.

A weekly moderated question session between meetings is proposed. Its scope, channel and response times will be defined before enrollment opens; it does not include immediate responses or round-the-clock availability.

Sharing personal experiences will be voluntary. Future terms will explain the confidentiality agreement and its limits before participation; confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in an online group. No agreement is currently in place and enrollment is not open.

A clear scope

This is not a therapy or crisis-support space. No one will be required to disclose intimate details, medical information or information about other people.

If a need falls outside the scope of this support, the appropriate step is to consult a qualified professional.
